Title: help: turn signals aren't working
Post by: marQ_deLa_cruz on September 13, 2019, 03:42:40 pm
98 2g GSX

as title says

came back to my car after work today, realized turn signals aren't working. like i flip the lever and nothing. no ticking sound/light.

hazard lights work

i pulled over and checked all rear lights and they all lit up..had to drive home using hand signals lol.. however, i was trying to test other things on my drive and seems like the cruise control also isnt' working.. i press the button to turn it on and normally there's a light that shows it's on (if i rememebered correctly) but it's not.. and even if there was no lights, i tested to 'set' my speed and it didn't work.. so not sure what it could be?

haven't read up on my manual to check the fuses (also not sure if it would even say there about which fuse is linked to what)..but would a fuse be the reason? other thoughts?

I just had this issue on my 2g. Hazard works but no signal. I am not sure but the hazard and signal runs on the hazard flasher module. I swap my turn signal switch/multifunction swith. Lordco sells them for like 60 bucks

You'd think prices on parts for our cars would come down after 15-20yrs eh? But nope.
