Forum Cleanup and Attachment Restriction

Hi All,

In an effort to ensure stability I've made a few changes which may or may not be temporary.

1 - I have disabled all avatar and attachment uploading to the forum. This means that your avatar may have disappeared. You are welcome to link from another site (pick your favorite image hosting site) but uploads are disabled until further notice.

2 - All user accounts that have not ever posted, and have not been online for more than 6 months were deleted. Everything that I can find out about our recent forum attacks indicate that it is a registered user who is doing it.

If things change I will let you know.
