Just curious As when I was coming home my cars engine died out when I was Idling at the red light. Then I started it again. And sure enough it died again in my driveway idling .. Any info will helP

Got a spate cas to try ??

When my CAS failed a couple years ago I initially thought it was the ECU that had failed. They can present some similar symptoms, such as relays firing under the dash, erratic tach readings. There will be no spark, it would crank and not fire.
Mine failed pretty quickly, though - It died in traffic. I was able to start it again, but it only ran for a few seconds before dying again. I was able to repeat this a couple times, where it would fire and die, but I ended up having to roll it back down the hill I was on into a parking lot.
Try a spare CAS if you've got one available. If you've washed your engine bay lately it could have gotten wet on you.

i dont have a spare one . i have washed the engine bay but the whole entire head wasnt even on the car at that point
-
what cas are you running now? maybe someone on here can lend you one to test this theory out

It's the green top one with the rectangle plug connector.

Cars running again cas was the problem

I am having this exact problem what exactly is the cam angle sensor. And where is it located..
-
It's on the left side of the head and has a harness coming out if it. I believe it tells the coils packed when to fire
-
Yea I put my spare in there and it didn't make a difference.. But I have the exact same symptoms.
-
Is the spare also dead?

It's highly unlikely.. They are hard to fail. But anything is possible
