So my car is still idling around 1900 when in neutral coast. When in a complete stop at about 1000. Want to check if it's my IACV but dont want to spend the money at a dealership finding one only to have it continue to be the problem.
How abouts do i go to check my IACV?

Best way is through DSM link or other..... You can also use a 6volt battery and do a manual operation test. There are instructions online at vfaq.com I believe on how to check the resistance with an ohm meter as well, if it fails the ohm test, replace it.

Start with ohm'ing out the coils in it with a multimeter
