laundry
dishwasher
driveway
full house
full backyard
sun deck
5 min WALK to UVIC

only 4 people will be renting ..  all clean guys

$550/month!!

-More off street parking as well?
-How new/old is the house?

Garage is open to those who need it. If your doing work on your car or have a project...   you get the garage. There is a 2 car garage. and 1 person wont have a car. 4 stalls in total.

Yes off street parking aswell

House is gorden head new. Built in the 80's early 90's?

There will be enough people bring furniture. I myself have leather couches...   and my buddy had 50" LCD full surround sound. All kithcen stuff etc.

1 year lease. Sub-letting is always an option to get out tho.

Starting middle Oct the latest.
