474whp, 417wtq. good god.

The way it was running yesterday was only 430whp because it was not tuned since the last round of small mods.

I guess cool air intake help!!! (Hard to define on a dyno running with the hood open.)
What contribution did the velocity stack have??
Was the air filter changed to fit the velocity stack....

the green line has a nice early torque curve too, what did you do to gain that much?

I'm guessing peak power was around 29psi?

Here's hoping you can grab 5th quick enough at Mission this year, eh?  ;)

The green line is boost pressure.  That would be an awesome torque curve, except for zero torque at 2900rpm   :D

The biggest change is probably fitting a new center cartridge, as the old one had a worn out bearing and the wheels were dragging the housings slightly.  I also port matched the header flange to the cylinder head (2 cylinders with large mismatches), and cleaned up the short side radius on the SS O2 housing where it overhangs into the flow.  Overall the car picked up around 1psi which is worth 10-11whp.  It pulled 463whp at the old boost level, or about 15whp gain.

Velocity stack is only a small gain with a 4 inch intake tube at this power level.  I made 470whp through the AFE filter.

Peak power closer to 30psi.  5th gear won`t be needed as the limiter is currently set to 8300 which should be good for around 140mph.  I think it will only go about 135mph through the traps.

Well it slamed me back in the seat in 2nd no problem ahah I cant wait for my car to push that. 470awhp.... thats nutty. I think the dsms are going to be a large force at mission this year. dan, john, lowell, brett, me, Kris etc. big numbers are coming out and cars are finishing up. it should be fun!

phss, mine makes a perfect score right now.  0.  The perfect number.  And it does it without burning any gas at all!!  Imagine that!

Lowell, I have been thinking of doing that short side radius on my stainless O2 housing too, now I know I will be   :)

And Scott Girvin too.  Ron too, but we knew that.  And Mike S if he ever gets it so it runs for more than a few hours at a time.

Yeah, but what will your dipstick trap? I'm thinking at your power level it's gotta be able to hit near super sonic speeds.  :P

Tell me about it.  Once the red car moves under it's own power again I'm thinking about giving Lowell a car to see if he knows how to get the black one through aircare and then  put a dyno tune on it.  I doubt it would make 400 though.  A solid 300whp might not be out of reach though.
