franks a con. I hear nothing good about the out come of any of his dealings. My dealings with him were horable and I had to track him down across the city to get my money back. His parts are over priced, hes rude, and not to be trusted.

Good for OEM parts, usually has a decent stock of parts. Pretty accomodating.

Some bad reviews, higher prices on bill than previously quoted. Some examples of work that was incorrectly done or shoddy parts.

I've been taking my cars to Frank for over 10 years now and he has been good to me. He has always fixed my cars and sold me parts for a fair price. Anything that wasn't done correctly,or parts that failed (yes even new parts do fail) were replaced or repaired free of charge. I had more problems dealing with another reputable shop, before finding top end auto, than i've ever had with Frank. There are usually two sides to every story and i can say for certain that at least one of you are exaggerating your horror story because I was there. No I am not calling anyone a liar. No I am not going to call you out on it. Just something to think about.

wow guys lets keep this shit a little more chill! i have delt with frank since this issue, and have had a new clutch disk put inm i didnt say he was shady or anything like ithat i just said that i needed an opinion on what was going on, but that said since getting my car back, i found that frank didnt hook my battery back up properly and now my new alternator is toast and wont charge, and of course when i called him on it he was rude and said that that kinda stuff happens when i know that if u run a car off of the alternator not the battery its gonna fuck up the alternator

Alright so when I smacked up my car frank was a huge help with everything. Has guided me in good ways lots of knowledge. However, recently he's been wanting top $$ for cheap parts cuz works slow. That pisses me now I've had to order stuff online and have the car sit for 3 days instead of a turbo and manifold swap taking a day. I will still buy from frank but only if I get a deal and will do my own work or pay chel

he has also been writing reciepts for most things I get if they're ordered parts. Ie: gaskets and such
