Worn Shocks Can Affect Camber
« on: May 20, 2004, 04:34:52 pm »
If you know this already, then ignore this information tidbit (mainly for newbies)

Worn out shocks -can- cause your car to be lower thereby increasing camber... even if you had an alignment done and have camber kits (that have been corrected to the max)

so if u find for example, passenger rear camber is 3 degress off, and driver side rear 1.75 degrees off, and both the camber kit is set to correct at equal degrees, then 1 shock is probably more worn than the other...

I am not a mechanic, nor do i have an expert opinion or even a novice one... strictly observational reporting from my experience!  hehe

Cheers Everyone!
