Want to hear something crazy? I've been on this forum since 2004 and this will be my first FVT.  :D

Something has always come up every year so I've never made it out to one.

It'll be good to see you out Ryan.  Last time I saw you was at the Jericho beach meet April 2009.

Okay, well its getting close.  We will be sticking with the regular route as long as there is no road closures current at the time of the meet.  Fromt BCIT parking lot, all the way through coquitlum, then to maple ridge where we take the high road to the resivior/dam and back down to mission, then on to harision for lunch.  After that off to hope slide for the raffle/prizes. (and photos)

I will post more details on the meet route and such as i think its already been posted before.

Yvonne (my wife) said she can help out and set-up for the BBQ at harisson with my kids.   Me and Sy Haw will take care of buying the basic BBQ stuff with some of the funds i have saved up for the club.  (Hot dogs, veggie dogs??, Potatoe salad, chips and pop, condiments). Anyone else is also welcome to bring some food/deserts to share with everyone if they would like.

I have also got napa and lordco on board, they are going to donate a raffle prize, i myself will be donating a Matainence/inspection package, and I can also probably get my work (OK Tire) to donate a prize as well.  I think a few other people are also donating a prize as well.  The cost of raffle tickets will be $5.00 per ticket,  Also there will be a 50/50 draw as well and tickets for that are $2 per ticket. Lunch is $5.00 per person.(includes hot dog, salad, pop) Children are FREE! If you will be bringing friends or children, just add that to your name on the signup sheet so I can get a idea of how many total people will be there.  For pr-buying tickets online please either email transfer me, or paypal will work as well. (or drop cash at my house if u live near)  My email is bretthav@hotmail.com  There will also be tickets availible through me and yvonne as well during the whole meet and at harrison, or right before the draw at hope slide.  Unfortunately I do not have any "BCDSM swag" or stickers availible, still waiting to see whats going on there.  My uncle and cousins own a embroidery/screening company and it would be easy for me to get some swag going... but that will have to be in the future.

Hope we have a awesome time!  pm me or whatever if you need to get ahold of me

Those who have not signed up and can make it please add your name plus guests on the list. We will need a rough head count for the BBQ.

Thanks.

Already on the list but .....  I am entering a clear 1G timing cover in the raffle draw.

Enticing isn't it?

Also, there may be a slight diversion in the Mission area due to road work near the Landfill.  I have a good detour layed out if need be.
