Heh, this is so close to me it'd be wrong not to go.  FYI, that section of river road from 99 to deas island is long, straight, and very deserted at night.  :twisted:

i have a funny feeling that i'm gonna have a hard time finding deas island, i'm guessing there should be an exit off of 99? So is this gonna be a rain or shine event?

its the exit before the masey tunnel for river road.

Read the directions off the site damian posted, they're pretty good i think.

We'll say rain or shine, if its raining we'll find a restaurant and chill.

Dam, I can't make the meet anymore, I got invited up to my buddies house in whistler to do a little boarding for the weekend, can't turn down the snow bunnies  :P

Black Comb has been shut down due to snow I heard for news...so guess snow bunnies have left.

Umm not true, grouse is closed down, blackcomb is still running, supposed to get dumped on this weekend but the rain keeps showing up :( It's pretty miserable below the gondolas but if you stay up high its not tooo bad ;)

Wally, just take the 99 hwy, go through the massey tunnel, take the first exit right after the tunnel, stay on the left lane (to turn left onto the overpass) on that exit, go straight and follow the signs. :)
