1g motor in a 2g car? info

I know a guy that has a 95 non turbo talon, and I found him a 1g non turbo engine, I know the older one is 6 bolt and the car is 7 bolt other then that could I do it?

The 2g 95 non turbo talon is a neon engine with engine code 420A.  As far as I know, a 1G nonturbo 4G63 is not going to work....

If you pop the hood it should be obvious that everything in the engine bay is completely different between the two cars.  Starting with which side of the car the motor is even on.
