I wouldn't compare Nexan with Kumho or Hankook. The only thing similar with them is that they're from South Korea. Nexan is a ultra budget brand like the chinese manufacturers. If you are on a budget, they will be fine. You just have to remember that you get what you pay for when it comes to tires. This is coming from someone who has been in the tire industry for all my working life.
