So what's the plan of attack? Are we going to meet as a group? If so what time? I propose we meet up by Silver City/Tim Hortons and cruise in as a unit.
By the way, do I need cash to pay for the day or do they do Debit down there? $55 right?

This gives me hopes for being able to come. I thought it was a night time drag.
I was going to replace my o2's and try to get aircare going... but I can swap that... or at least cruise out!

I have to pull out from this now. >:( my car is just not up to snuff as I want it and money is tight nowadays.

Is that another way of saying "it's gonna rain tomorrow and I don't want to get my car wet" :D :D

That being said....... what amount of rain constitutes a rain out...... a light drizzle or showers every 10 minutes.....?
I for one have never run down the track before so it would be nice to accomplish my first run(s) in decent conditions.
Do we have to be there before a certain time in order to be allowed to race that day, or are you shit out of luck till the next day.

Well after a bit of morning rain and a bit of time waiting we were on the track by noon. Bennji, Brett, (yet another) Travis, and I had the sole DSM's...... oh wait, we were the only imports, period. Gorgeous day and some fun races. I started the day with a 15.2 and ended the day with a 14.5 at 94 MPH. Running 91 Octane with MBC at 15psi, 3 inch exhaust, and K&N filter. Thanks to my crew chief, Brett! ;)
Good racing guys!

:)
Great fun out there.
First run ever on a Legal 1/4 mile track was 15.5 @ 91.8mph (slowest was 15.9 @ 91.6)
Best run was 14.9 @ 93.8mph
And I got in 11 runs in total (one was in other Travis's 4G)
Today I was running 94 octane (Chevron) Warm air intake, catless exhaust, cams, no tune.
Tons of issues with the car today, but it was a great starting point on the track.
Looking forward to getting some runs next season.

Sounds like fun. Have to get my car back on the road for the next one. Is the raceway closing soon for the season?
