Do you guys wanna get together and cruise down there that day, its by donation for the Canucks Place, they say $10, but if we could maybe get a donation together from the BCDSM and deliver it there and have smokies and what not, i think it could be a good day, its at Richmond Motorsports, and we get our cars washed by hotties in bikinis

I was thinking about something like this.  Maybe we could convince them to mention BC DSM on the air.  Free publicity is always good.

if i'm free i'd go down, but i'm the only one that washes my car no matter how small the bikini is, maybe we can get a group pic with them posing in front of all the cars?

quite possible Troy, even if you dont want your car washed, come on down with the group and donate some money, it goes to a great cause, if w2e can raise like $200 and give that to them, it would be great,im sure they would appreciate it.  What you think guys, at least go down, sorta like a mini car show we could have, maybe meet up at LR Racing before hand and head out there in a group, or maybe at Lougheed again.

the times that it starts is 2pm-6pm

Maybe roll in around 5:00 or so to make our donation.  We may get some radio play out of it as well, maybe a mention.  Please if everyone could bring 20 bux to donate that would be great, its for the Canuck Place, do it for the kids.

Where do you wanna meet up, Lougheed Mall again? Does anyone know how to get to Richmond Motorsports very well.

This is what 1049xfm.com says -> Richmond Motorsports (21320 Westminster Hwy, Right off of Hwy 91 before the Alex Fraser bridge)



If we all bring $20, they are looking to get $2000, we could possibly if everyone comes that we are hoping, possibly get them upwards of $200 -> thats 1/10th of their goal, pretty good I must say, surely help out those kids.


Lets start a list of whos meeting up at Lougheed Mall at say 4:00-4:30 depart by say 4:30 unless it takes a long time to get their.

This is what I have for directions, do you think this would take to long to get to? it may be during rush hour, if you can people, please book this day off.



Merge onto TRANS CANADA HWY W.

Take the HWY-1A-BR/HWY-91A-BR exit, exit number 40A, towards VANCOUVER/NEW WESTMINSTER/BURNABY

Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto ramp.

Turn RIGHT onto BRUNETTE AVE.

Turn RIGHT onto BRAID ST.

Stay straight to go onto E 8TH AVE

Turn LEFT onto MCBRIDE BLVD

Turn RIGHT onto 6TH AVE

Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto MARINE WAY

Turn SLIGHT LEFT to take the QUEENSBOROUGH BR. ramp towards HWY-91/ANNACIS HWY

Stay straight to go onto PROVINCIAL ROUTE 91A/QUEENSBOROUGH BRIDGE.

Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto PROVINCIAL ROUTE 91A S.

Take the HWY-91 W ramp towards RICHMOND/VANCOUVER.

Merge onto RICHMOND FRWY.

Take the WESTMINSTER HIGHWAY exit, exit number 13.

Turn LEFT onto WESTMINSTER HWY.

Turn LEFT onto GRAYBAR RD.



Switching meeting spots instead of Lougheed Mall, lets make it infront of Cactus Club near the freeway, I know we just take the brunette exit, but we will be close to where the map starts, everyone bring a FRS radio and tune into radio station 4, if we have to sub channel 4,20.  Meet up at 4:00 sharp, depart at 4:15-4:30 hopefully arrive by 5:30 and stay for 30 minutes for our donations.  Does anyone know if we will make it in time, it gives us an hour of driving, im gonna print off directions so incase we get lost.

On a Friday, during rush hour, it will probably take a good hour from Lougheed Mall.  Why not meet closer to Richmond Motorsports.  This way no one will get lost as we drive there.

Just my thoughts.

I should be able to make it, but it will depend on work.  I can not comit until closer to the date.
