I didn't walk up to the desk. You girls looked busy.
My friend was upset he didn't bring his old Newport.
He needs some parts so I told him to bring his car and put a sign with a list of needed parts in the window.
He's going for colector plates.
Next year it will be there.
Hope to make it with my car too. Some really nice cars there.
That new style I want to say challenger but it wasn't. Orange car.
You know the one if you were looking. It was sick.

Ya I had a talk with the guy who built that custom orange old /new challenger , that same guy had to other builds there which were to new challengers , one a 2010 mopar edition and the other one had built internals with liquid cooled super charger putting out an easy 600whp

That car you are talking about was registered as a 1973 Cuda, 1973 Cuda body on a new charger platform

He won of course, so did the sick fish, that 65 or 66 Cuda with cool paint job.

This is very well run event....... Quality of the cars top notch.....
As the members there are older ,,,they have spent more time on their cars
than us DSMer's .. Can you imagine detailing and modding a car for 10 ,20 years.
Thats dedication.

I really like the stand offs that hold the hood 3ft above the engine compartment.

You wouldn't happen to know a good forum for my friend to find some classic parts for his Newport?
He needs a stearing wheel and radio for collector plates.
