Talon flickiring interior light and pillar gauges

Hello,
I have a question about my 1992 talon awd. The interior lights in the dashboard and pillar gauges was flickering. The dash board lights seemed losing power (dimmer). The fuel pump sounded like a high pitch noises. Then the car died, i waited for several minutes the car started, but it was bogging down when in motion. Do u think this is a battery, alternator, fuel pump, or wiring issue? Please help!!!

 like sports cars specially awd cars with turbo. I hope I can find a eagle talon or mitsubishi eclipse here in DSM.

You can start on testing battery and
Alternator. Also check your wire/battery
Connection for tightness and corrosion free.
