stock injectors

my budddy is putting a turbo on a 240sx...he is wondering if he can use stock dsm 450cc injectors?

I am not an expert, but from what i know, check the impedence of the injectors, and if they are not the same as the 240's, you will have to install a resistor pack(I think that is what it's called).... i will talk to the guy who did my car and confirm what i just wrote....
