I made some definite improvement, both in driving and the car times/setup, need more supporting parts for my setup though.  Evo III 16G but stock injectors, no afc, stock DP, 94 octane, 3315lbs, anywhere from a lame 11 psi to a 43 counts of knock 20 psi

Anyways, of my 7 runs I made a 14.9@90, then a 14.6@91 then I finally got the boost up and the 60fts down to a consistant 1.8x and started running very consistant 14.3s@93mph.

Best of 14.2@93.8mph.  Not too bad but the car should be faster than that, I think my stock DP is really holding me back and I need more fuel so I can turn up the boost.  Oh well, I just wanted a 14.x   :)

Robin was saying that's his daily driver--Lowell's racer is a '90 or '91.

Lowell's winter car is faster than all our race cars  :?

Hartman - 13.30 (14B turbo   )
Mike Meron - 13.1 or 13.4 or something (boost not included, KKK car)
Chris Andrews - 12.9 (headgasket not included)
Fraser - 13.0
Scott Girvin - 13.5 (WWD)
Marty - 13.7 (WWD)
Ryan Coft - 14.8 (Stock ;))
Tommy - 13.4 (Integra L&R)
Mike Schmid - 14.3

And the King...

Lowell Foo - 12.2... on his daily driver / winter car! His race car is currently being put together.

Daily Driver - Hacked 1G MAF, evo 16G, 550cc injectors, SAFC, stock intercooler... I had that setup and a FMIC and ran a 13.7... shows you how much I suck....

Just goes to show... you may be fast... but Lowell will kick your ass

Best overall improvement award has to go to Ryan Coft, for taking one whole second off his 1/4 mile time by unbolting his exaust partway   (for you noobs, no you will not be able to do this)

14.4 @ 93mph (stock boost creeping to 15PSI)  :D on a 3" exhaust and no Air filter, everything else stock.

Oh yeah 1.9sec - 60"  :D

Art

PS: Maybe I should lend my ride to Lowell too see what's the limit of it.

I'd say the most improved was Mike Shmid, he ran high 15's a couple  of weeks ago and now 14.2  :)

Lowell definately knows his shit when it comes to both racing and building these things.

and I can't put one all the components of one good run togeather.  Good launch, but miss a shift, 3 nice shifts, 2.0 60'.  bahh.
91 Eagle Talon TSi 5spd awd.  GT-12, TriFlow Cams, 850s, Tial, JIC, Jackal, sticky rubber.
86 Merkur XR4Ti 5spd, rwd, turbo, 91,381km.  Original paint, heated leather. intercooled, big VAM, Full 3" exhaust, Cossie sway bar, 16" tires.
06 Mazdaspeed6 6spd awd, DISI turbo, heated leather HIDs, Corksport, Cobb, Konig, Centric...
2018 VW Golf Alltrack turbo Tornado Red, 6mt, some free mods

I will vouch that the 1- 2- 1 - 3 - 4 shift sequence is not a good one.
